張吉弘創辦人民國30年生於台灣省台南市，49年就讀中興大學法商學院會統系統計組 , 畢業後赴日繼續進修取得碩士學位，留在日本自行創業並成立「立信」公司，長期從事進出口貿易工作事業有成； 81年因父親病危回台戮力盡孝，照顧直到其父往生。
創辦人的先考張清務先生早年知書達禮努力向學，中年白手起家事業崢嶸，晚年熱心公益愛心廣被。創辦人因深感父母教導和緬懷養育之恩 昊天罔極，故依父親遺願和個人經營企業的責任理念 「取之於社會，用之於社會」，投入鉅資創立本基金會，是因有感目前社會上仍存有許多弱勢民眾急需關懷和救助，故成立此常設性組織，期望能結合更多的公益善心人士共襄盛舉，一齊來為國家社會盡份心力。

立信基金會 中英文簡介
立信基金會成立於民國83年，張吉弘創辦人因深感父母教導和緬懷養育之恩，故依父親遺願和個人經營企業的責任理念 「取之於社會，用之於社會」，投入鉅資創立本基金會。
有感目前社會上仍存有許多弱勢民眾急需關懷和救助，故成立此常設性組織，期望能結合更多的公益善心人士共襄盛舉，一齊來為國家社會盡份心力。
立信基金會近年服務重點，除了捐助偏鄉原住民孩子的醫療與音樂發展，也隨著創辦人聽力退化的感同身受，每年定期捐助臺灣三所啟聰學校，幫助清貧聽障學童就學；並辦理聽障導覽研習營與支持手語導覽培訓，希望鼓勵聽障學童勇敢築夢。

Rising Foundation Profile
The Rising Foundation was established in 1994. The founder Zhang Jihong deeply invested in his father's last wish and the responsibility concept of "taking it from society and using it for society" because of his parents' teaching and remembrance of his upbringing. Mr. Zhang, thus, created the foundation.
Mr. Zhang feels that there are still many vulnerable people in society who are in urgent need of care and assistance, so this permanent organization was established, hoping to join more public welfare and kind-hearted people to participate in the grand event and to do their best for the country and society.
In recent years, the Rising Foundation has focused its service and donating to the medical treatment and music development of aboriginal children in remote rural areas. It also regularly donates to three deaf schools in Taiwan every year to help poor and deaf/hard-of-hearing children go to school. We hope to encourage deaf and hard-of-hearing students to dream bravely.
Thank you from all walks of life for your trust in this association. In the future, public welfare undertakings still need everyone to participate, support, and donate. The Rising Foundation would like to express our most sincere gratitude and gratitude to you.
